Slate.com has an article called “Five Ways Hackers Could Tamper with the 2008 elections.” The idea isn’t that they would tamper with votes but instead would basically take old school election hijinks online.  Spam people in Democratic areas or Democrats in close states telling them to vote on Wednesday.  Create dummy websites and hoax emails that embarrass candidates.  All fun stuff.  Read and learn!
