OSCE/ODIHR has deployed an election assessment mission to Estonia (read the needs assessment report ahead of the mission here). The mission consists of 14 experts and focuses on internet voting, political party and campaign financing, as well as on participation of national minorities. The final report is to be expected in about two months and will be published here.
