The New York Times has a nice article today about the litigation that is likely to follow this election. Some things never change — like lawyers and elections and fun litigation. Unfortunately, the problem that many states face is that new state election laws have clear weaknesses that encourage this sort of behavior by litigators (see earlier post on VVPAT laws).
