Unfortunately I was completely booked with work yesterday, and was unable to post this news when it broke. As it’s been all over the election reform e-world, I thought I’d simply mention that it will be quite interesting to see how some of the recent work on voter identification laws, including some of that which was recently presented at the American Political Science Association conference, will factor into this case. More on that shortly!
