The AP is reporting some early exit poll data from the Maryland and Virginia primaries:

FIRST TIME VOTERS

Over a third of voters in the Virginia Democratic primary said they had not voted in a primary before, as did almost one in five voters in the Maryland Democratic primary.

Reports are that turnout is also quite high in the “Potomac primaries” being held today!
