Mass EDR bill passes Senate

A bill that would bring EDR to Massachusetts passed that state’s Senate on July 29. The question is whether the state House will pass the bill before the end of the legislative session. Note that Jonathan Nagler and I wrote a report on the possibilities of EDR in Massachusetts.
