I am sitting in a room with Carol Paquette, people from FVAP, several (would have been) SERVE participating states, military people, contractors, and discussions of acronyms, state ballots, state laws, and common access cards.  This is giving me a lot of weird memories of 2 years of my life that sometimes I enjoy remembering and sometimes give me the sweats!!!
