Michael McDonald deserves credit for this.  He tracked down the first early in person voter in Florida!  It’s a person in Palm Beach County.  Mike thought it must be an absentee voter, but those files are not available to the general public.  I’m speculating that it is a handicapped or disabled voter, who are able to vote in person at the county offices on a machine once the absentee ballots are mailed out.
