I just got the heads up on a story coming out in tomorrow’s Atlanta Journal and Constitution.

It shows just what elections officials can do if they are innovative and forward thinking in how they use their data.

If you go to the Forsyth County Elections Website (www.forsythco.com) and look for the “Early Voting” link, you can actually check wait times before you head out to vote. Now THAT is a cool use of technology.

Average wait time, by the way, is 20 minutes or less, and Forsyth has already processed 11% of eligible voters.
