Who is up late working on their Pew Make Voting Work proposals?

I wonder if the West Coasters are disadvantaged because we have to turn the proposals in at 2:30 our time, or if the East Coasters are disadvantaged because they have to go to sleep!

I have heard of an exciting variety of proposals that are going to be submitted, including lots of new and innovative partnerships. I hope we can get some sense of the breadth of ideas contained in the proposals, even if they are not funded.
