Paul, Thad and I are now at a conference that the AEI/Brookings Election Reform Project is hosting today. They have assembled a great group, and so far we have heard interesting talks from Bob Stein (Rice University) on early voting centers and Caroline Tolbert (University of Iowa) on election reform. Looks like a fun day for us election geeks.
