Bush v. Gore Workshop, Day 2

We are back at it this morning, and this morning the election lawyers took their turn. The first panel has had interesting presentations from Mark Braden, Tony Smith and Nate Persily (all of their papers are available at http://www.democ.uci.edu/research/conferences/bushvgore.php). Rick Hasen is right at this moment providing very incisive commentary on the three papers and presentations.

After lunch, we will be back at it, with Lonna Atkeson discussing voter identification, and I’ll be talking about voter registration issues in the years since Bush v. Gore and the passage of HAVA.
